之前给fenghuajun发了个邮件，询问如何起步。

回复如下：

1. 写信到 chinadev@asia.apple.com (信的正文中英文皆可), 询问如何 pay for iDP

2. 在信中告诉他们你是中国公民, 你的 iDP Enrollment ID 和你的 Apple ID

3. 然后他们会发一个信用卡表格让你填, 你需要有一张印有 VISA 或者 MasterCard 标志的信用卡, 填好之后 e-mail 或者 fax 给他们

4. 如果中途他们找你要个人身份证明, 那么到当地派出所弄一个户籍证明, 然后用相机拍了之后发过去

5. 每次和他们通信的时候, 如果已经有 Follow-up ID, 记得在信中把 Follow-up: XXX 放到第一行, 第二行是 Enrollment ID: XXX

6. 有点耐心, 几个星期得不到回音是正常的

7. 最后他们会发给你一个 activation code, 有的时候可能会以 1234-5678-ABCD-EFGH 的形式发给你, 然后你发现这个 code 没法用, 那么试着把中间的 - 去掉, 在激活的时候填 12345678ABCDEFGH 或许就可以了
